Allied’s inspectors perform comprehensive inspections involving a home’s major structural and mechanical systems for homeowners and prospective buyers.
The items examined in a typical home inspection include the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems, foundation, roof, exterior and
interior structures and surfaces, and built-in appliances. The visual inspection culminates in a set of comprehensive, computer generated reports describing
the condition of the items and systems inspected.

Extended Advice

We extend our professional service well beyond the delivery of your report by including Extended Advice with every inspection. With Extended Advice, you get

12 months of expert assistance. Included in this service are three unique programs – Customized Home Maintenance, Project Planning and Guidance and Expert Advice direct from an Allied inspector.

When you have an Allied property inspection you get peace of mind beyond the inspection. Every property inspection is protected by our 90 Day Inspection Guarantee* from the date of the inspection.

The guarantee is provided to Allied home-buyer clients of owner occupied one and two family re-sale houses and condominiums (excluding common elements) and applies to the listed and specified elements which were found to be satisfactory, with no “Action” or “Consideration” items noted by the inspector.

and standards for testing, which can usually be combined with a home inspection.

Wood Destroying Insects
Termites and other wood destroying organisms cost more than $5 billion a year in treatment and damage throughout the United States. In most cases a full WDI
report can be obtained as part of our Allied Home Inspection.

About Your Home Inspection

In order to ensure that your home inspection goes smoothly, we recommend the following:

All utilities must be turned on prior to the start of the inspection (electric, water, and gas). Property must be de-winterized.
All pilot lights should be lit.
Storage and clutter should be moved to allow access into all areas, especially around heating equipment, the water heater and access to the attic.
Confirm with the seller and real estate agents to allow access to the property.
Bring any questions or concerns that you may have about the house to discuss with your home inspector.
We will arrive on-time ready to inspect your home. We will take all notes and photographs necessary and follow-up with a detailed report that documents the condition of the property. We encourage you to come along during the inspection and to ask any questions you may have about the home.
